Balance transfers cannot magically take you out of a bad debt situation, you have to prepare if you are to get the most out of balance transfers. Rather than quickly finding credit cards that allow interest free balance transfers, you should start by moderating your spending so that you can go without using credit cards for a few months. This is because until you pay off your balance transfers you will be unable to pay off any new purchases on your new credit card, and you will also not benefit from interest free days on purchases. Most cards that allow balance transfers work like this, so you must be prepared to go without credit if you want to beat credit.
